This rich Madeira gravy is ideal for a wholesome Christmas dinner. The Madeira wine creates a deeper flavour to the gravy adding something a little different to your special Christmas dinner. Dish: large jug

  1. 150ml Madeira
  2. 25g Plain Flour
  3. 600g Turkey or Chicken stock, hot
  4. 1 tbsp Mustard
  1. Stir and mix the Madeira and flour together.
  2. Add the mustard to the hot stock, then slowly pour into the flour mix stirring continuously until dissolved and blended.
  3. Cook on HIGH MICROWAVE for 2-3 mins stirring halfway.
  4. Season and serve.
  1. Made using a Panasonic Convection Microwave. Works best with NN-CS894S and NN-DS596B microwave ovens.
