Ingredients
- 4 Skinless chicken breast fillets
- 40 g Roasted salted peanuts finely chopped
- 3 Spring onions
- 1 " Piece fresh root ginger grated
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 Red chilli finely chopped
- 1 Small handful of coriander finely chopped
- Black pepper
For Serve
- 4 Ciabatta Rolls halved, lightly toasted
- Mixed Salad Leaves
- Sweet Chilli Sauce
Instructions
- Place all the burger ingredients in to a food processor and blend until combined. Once blended shape in to 4 burgers or 8 smaller burgers
- Place on a lined metal tray and cook on CONVECTION 200C + GRILL 1 for 10-15 minutes turning halfway through cooking
- Spread one half of the toasted roll with sweet chilli sauce, salad leaves and the burger, top with the remaining roll and serve
